Oftentimes, the factors that impede performance are invisible to the majority of trainers and coaches. This course demonstrates common movement errors that can cause injury and reduce a client's performance.

Train your eye so that you can immediately and effortlessly understand when and why someone's movement is impaired.
You will be prescribed and taught exercises and strategies for your clients (or you) to do on your own time to stay healthy and avoid injury.
